Both you and any named drivers will be presented, and must accept, an additional license declaration before adding driving licence information. This declaration outlines specifically how this data will be used and provides us with the required permission to check your license with the issuing authorities.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide the Salad service to you
• Assess eligibility and approve requests by your employer
• Report and administer the scheme
• Share with directly related third parties to provide supporting financial services (such as early termination insurance, motor insurance, and vehicle leasing)
• Use anonymized data for analytics and troubleshooting

We may share your personal information with:

• Leasing companies
• Early termination insurance providers
• Vehicle dealerships
• Motor insurance providers

How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

Information relating to quotes will be retained on the system while we operate the scheme with your employer. Information relating to ordered vehicles will be retained for the current tax year plus seven years, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it for longer periods (for example, if the vehicle remains with the driver for a longer period).

Your Rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

• Access to your personal information and to certain other supplementary information that this Privacy Policy is already designed to address
• Require us to correct any mistakes in your information which we hold
